General terms and conditions

 

The following provisions concern the products offered by Hangar 86 on its website www.hangar86.com. Ticking the box "I have read the general conditions of sale and I agree with them without reserve" means that you accept the present general conditions of sale. Please read carefully the following clauses.

1. Products

 

The products offered on www.hangar86.com are those available on the site at the time of consultation by the user and within the limits of available stocks.




2. Gift cards

 

Hangar 86 offers two types of gift cards:

 

. Online gift card
  Available immediately in the customer space of the buyer

 

. In-shop gift card 
  Can be sent by e-mail, by post, to a relay point or in shop

 

The value of a gift card can range from €10 to €1000.


The choice of gift card type cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

 

 

 

3. Prices

 

The prices displayed on our website are the prices applied including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

 

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4. Delivery

 

The delivery time and shipping costs vary depending on the country of receipt.

All products are delivered to the address you provide when ordering online in the manner specified therein. All information you provide when ordering is binding. We cannot be held responsible for the consequences of providing incorrect information.

If the parcel cannot be delivered, the costs of a new delivery will be at your own expense. Packages to be collected from a pick-up point remain at your disposal for 8 days. After this period, the packages will be returned to the sender.

 

If you receive an open or damaged parcel, you must refuse it. Otherwise, you will be held responsible for the missing or damaged item. 
The package will be returned to our warehouse and the problem will be dealt with directly with the delivery company.

 

*We cannot be held responsible for any strikes or other cases of force majeure by the carrier.

 

 

 

 

5. Delivery via Click and Collect

 

When you choose a Click and Collect delivery, the parcel is to be collected from the shop selected at the time of ordering, with the exception of Soumagne where collection can be made at the « DRIVE IN » at the back of the shop.

The preparation time is 24 to 48 hours.

You will receive a notification by SMS and email with an invoice number as soon as your parcel is available in the shop. 
You will need to bring this with you when you collect your parcel. 

 

The packages will remain available for 6 months. After this period, the items and the amount will be considered lost. 

The withdrawal period is 15 days and starts as soon as the package is available in the shop.

 

 

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

 

You have a period of 15 days to withdraw from your order, without having to justify your decision. 

The 15-day withdrawal period starts from the day the order is available to you.

 

The return is at your expense. You will therefore have to choose the carrier of your choice in order to return the items with the invoice to the following address: Rue de la petite Doucette 29 - 4041 Milmort BE

 

You will then have the choice between a voucher or a refund to the account used for your order*.

 

Items must be returned as new with their labels attached. 

We are not obliged to take back an item that has been worn, washed, damaged or without a label.

We therefore recommend that you check the items carefully on delivery before removing their labels or discarding the original packaging.

 

Refused returns may be reshipped at your expense or sent by Click and Collect within 6 months. After this period, the items and the amount will be considered lost.

*Returns can also be made in shop, under the same conditions.

 

 

7. Contests rules

 

Article 1

Participation in a contest organized by Hangar 86 implies adherence to the present rules.

Article 3

The rules for participating may vary from one contest to another. Depending on the case, you must:

Subscribe to the Hangar 86 Facebook, Instagram or Tiktok account.

Like the contest photo.

Comment on the photo of a particular writing or by mentioning one friend or more. 

Share the contest in a story or in the feed.

Identify @Hangar86 when sharing.

Participate before the end date of the contest, which is indicated at the beginning of each contest.

 

The rules are mentioned under each contest and you must follow them all to have a chance to win.

 

Article 4

To win the contest, depending on the case:

 

You must have participated by following all the rules of the contest.

You must be selected by drawing lots which is carried out by one of the members of the Hangar 86 team.

 

Article 5 

For each action, the rewards to be win are clearly presented. These rewards are personal, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for another prize or in cash. If the prize offers free access to a service or an event, it cannot be resold.

 

 

Article 6 

Any complaint concerning a non-received, damaged or non-conforming gift must be sent at the latest 15 days after the date of attribution of the gift in question, by recorded letter to:

Article 7

Participants in the competitions acknowledge that they may be disqualified if they do not reply to an email or private message through one of our social networks from the competition teams within 7 working days.

 

Winners will receive their prize electronically or by post, depending on the prize announced for the competition in question. If the delivery service is unable to deliver the gift, it will leave a delivery notice with its contact details so that the winner can contact it directly to arrange a new delivery or to inform them that their parcel is in a relay point near their home. In the event that the winner does not respond to this notice within the time limit, the gift or gifts won will become the property of Hangar 86.

 

Once delivered, the gain or the prize is under the whole responsibility of the winner. A loss will not be taken in charge by Hangar 86

 

Article 8

Hangar 86 is often the victim of identity theft on social networks and mainly during contests. Therefore, be careful about the contests you participate in, the accounts and pages you read and follow.

These fake accounts are created to try and trick you into giving out your personal and/or bank details.

If you receive a request for information or a message from another account, please do not respond to it. If, unfortunately, you respond or send your personal information to a false account, Hangar 86 is not responsible for it and will not take responsibility for any loss.

What can you do? 

First of all, "report" the account or page for fraud/scamming.

You should also know that the Belgian government has set up a website where you can send an official report to the Computer Crime Unit. The competent services will analyse your report and possibly carry out an investigation.
